Last updated: 14/07/2025

What’s new:  Updated Terms of Service to clarify service scope, intellectual property, liability, subcontracting, and access to client systems and data. Improved structure and alignment with data protection standards.

Introduction

These Terms of Service outline how DigiDonk Ltd (“I” or “me”) works with clients through my service model: Advise, Support, Do. By using this website or engaging with my services, you agree to the following terms.

Scope of Services

I offer a flexible service model covering:

  • Advice: business and digital strategy consulting.

  • Support: technical guidance and platform setup.

  • Do: implementation, build, and hands-on work.

The exact scope of work will be agreed upon individually and confirmed via email or proposal.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, you agree to:
- Provide clear, timely instructions and materials.
- Respond to requests for input or feedback within reasonable timeframes.
- Notify me of any changes that may impact the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest in line with the UK statutory rate.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any original work, designs, or materials created during our engagement remain the property of DigiDonk Ltd until payment is made in full. Upon full payment, ownership may transfer to the client as agreed in writing.

Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, and in line with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. You can read the full Privacy Policy here: https://www.digidonk.com/privacy-policy

Access to Systems and Data

To deliver the agreed services, DigiDonk Ltd may require access to your systems, platforms, or data (e.g., CRM, project tools, files).
You agree to provide the necessary access and credentials in a secure manner.
Any access will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will be handled in line with agreed confidentiality and data protection obligations.
DigiDonk Ltd will not be held liable for issues arising from third-party platforms or pre-existing configurations.

You remain responsible for backing up your data and systems. If needed, I can help advise on secure access or backup procedures.

Limitation of Liability

While I aim to provide accurate, helpful guidance and support, DigiDonk Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of services. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly. Refunds are not available for completed work or hours already delivered.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
